You expect to get rest.
You expect to eat a healthy meal.
You expect a choice of non-artificially sweetened drinks.
You expect natural ingredients, butter, in your grits. At least the choice.
Margarine, yuk.
It is a wonderful place for performing tests and making diagnoses.
Unmatched at prescribing and administering pharmaceuticals. There is a place and need for it.
But
Aiding your body to heal itself or getting you in the best condition to support their treatments, not so much.
It is the place you expect to receive all these things but you don’t.
Hospitals.

That’s even if they let you in in the first place. Interesting twist at the end, you hooked me from the first sentence.

Thanks David for the comment. Glad you liked it. I just had a visit because of chest pains. Stress was the diagnosis and rest was the prescription. I got no rest there. 😄
