I love it Pat! Those ah ha moments bring us clarity. There were many more events that happened that were of no consequence. It was an event. But your thoughts defined that moment in you and those feelings continue on. We really do a good job of training our brain how and what to think. LOL My mantra is “don’t believe everything you think!”

This is a thought that popped up every once in awhile but I never have it too much thought. It didn’t seem that serious. But, in the context of the exercise we had to do it became apparent that it was more significant and had a greater impact on my psyche than i realized. It was freeing. The sandbox is an empowerment tool now.
